Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders over R800.
- A flat R70 on orders under R800.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Delivery is usually 2–4 working days to main centres. Outlying and rural areas can take a little longer.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Made‑to‑order items
- Some items — the Belka harness and special‑order colours — are brought in to order and need roughly an extra week. We'll confirm the timing (and price) with you before we dispatch.
Getting it right
- Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
- If a delivery fails because no one's available or the address is wrong, a re‑delivery may carry an additional courier fee.
