Delivery options
We deliver anywhere in South Africa through The Courier Guy. Choose the option that suits you at checkout.
Door delivery
- A flat R90 on orders under R700.
- Delivered to your door in 3–5 working days from the day your payment clears. Outlying and rural areas can take a little longer.
PUDO locker collection — new
- Just R59 on orders under R700.
- After you order, we'll email you a link to choose your locker from the PUDO lockers closest to you (at garages, shopping centres and more, open 24/7).
- Your parcel usually reaches the locker in 3–7 working days. PUDO sends you an SMS with a collection code when it's ready.
Free delivery
- Orders of R700 or more ship free, to your door or to a PUDO locker — your choice.
Tracking
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Made‑to‑order items
- Some items — the Belka harness and special‑order colours — are brought in to order and need roughly an extra week. We'll confirm the timing (and price) with you before we dispatch.
Getting it right
- Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
- For locker orders, please choose your locker from the link in your order email so we can send your parcel without delay.
- If a delivery fails because no one's available or the address is wrong, a re‑delivery may carry an additional courier fee.
