Products and pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the amount you pay (we're not currently VAT‑registered, so no VAT is added).
- We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour can occur between screens and the actual item.
- Some items — the Belka harness and special‑order colours — are made to order. We'll confirm the price and lead time (roughly a week) with you before dispatch.
- We may change prices, products and promotions at any time. Changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders
- When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. A binding sale is formed only once we accept your order and dispatch it (or otherwise confirm it).
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there's been a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund anything you've paid for that order.
Pricing or description errors
If a genuine error means an item was listed at the wrong price or with the wrong details, we're not obliged to honour it. We'll let you know and give you the choice to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Payment
- Payment is taken through a secure third‑party payment gateway (for example Payfast or Yoco). We don't see or store your full card details.
- Your payment must clear before we dispatch your order.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery times, costs and details are set out in our Delivery Policy.
Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund — including the 7‑day cooling‑off period under ECTA and the 6‑month warranty on defective goods under the CPA — are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the CPA or other law.
Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we've received full payment.
A note on our products
- Our supplements are supportive dietary supplements, not veterinary medicines, and don't replace professional advice. If your dog has a health concern, please speak to your vet.
- Our sizing and fit guidance is a helpful guide — measure your dog and reach out if you're unsure. Always supervise your dog with any new gear.
Our brand and content
All content on this site — text, images (including photos of Joey), logos, and the Side Eye Supply Co brand — belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Using our website
Please use our site lawfully and don't attempt to interfere with it, misuse it, or harm other users. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to run our store well, but to the fullest extent allowed by law we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits our liability for anything that can't be excluded under South African law, including your rights under the CPA.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
- If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we'd genuinely like to sort it out. If we can't resolve a consumer complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) at cgso.org.za.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
